Our focus areas include the Strategic risk management: - Providing guidance and execution support on risk related issues such as how to optimally finance your risks including: - Identifying your risk universe from a 360°-perspective - Fully quantified risk assessment to provide an improved understanding of the value at risk - Advice on alternative risk retention vehicle set-ups such as insurance company, captive or protected cell company establishments - Strategic advice on how to establish, develop or divest your insurance business.
Regulatory services, System actuaries/mathematicians for system implementations - Outsourcing of risk functions, actuarial functions and reporting functions - Ability to offer interim support to e.g. insurance accounting, risk, actuarial and regulatory departments, Specialists within market, credit and operational risks - Highly senior consultants serving as interim CROs, head of credit risk etc.
Project management: - Experienced project managers to run large business or IT projects or implementations.
Procurement: - Running procurement & requirement processes for purchasing business critical software (pricing, risk, actuarial, regulatory etc).
